We are committed to addressing the severe housing shortage in our community by providing new inventory for new homeowners. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for our community members by offering safe, affordable housing options.

In addition to providing traditional housing options, we have also acquired a mobile home park. Our team has invested in upgrading the park's infrastructure, resulting in improved living conditions and a better quality of life for all our tenants.

As part of our commitment to growth and learning, we have joined a Real Estate Mastermind group called Kingdom REI. This Christian-based group of real estate professionals shares our values and focuses on multi-family investing and building businesses that glorify the Kingdom of God. Through this partnership, we are better equipped to serve our community and achieve our mission of providing safe, affordable housing for all.

  • Fill out the investor list sheet to sign up for WNC Equity’s investor list to get up to date opportunities on live deals.

  • $50k is the minimum investment, with the maximum being no more than 25% of your net worth. Many will put the minimum investment in, but some higher net worth investors will consider putting more in. (often $100k or more)

  • We invest in building single family homes for first time home buyers or growing families. Also, mobile home parks and rental properties.

  • The returns are based on the specific deals. All our returns have been in the double digits.

  • The length of the investment is based on the specific deal. Typically, we look for a 12 to 18-month turnaround.

  • It depends on the specific deal. Each deal is different. We will let you know while presenting the opportunity. We recommend you consult your tax professional on all investments.
